When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Digital Transformation Services, or registering to use the Website (, or registering for an event, Unify Consulting requires you to provide to Unify Consulting, (the “Company”) with personal contact information, such as name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Required Contact Information”).

When you apply for a job with the Company, Unify Consulting may require you to submit additional personal information as well as a resume or curriculum vitae (“Applicant Information”). Required Contact Information, Applicant Information, Optional Information and any other information you submit to Unify Consulting to or through the Services are referred to collectively as “Data.”

As you navigate the Company’s Website, Unify Consulting may also collect information through the use of commonly used information gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons (“Web Site Navigational Information”). Web Site Navigational Information includes standard information from your Web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the Company’s Website (such as the Web pages viewed and the links clicked).

Website Navigation Information

  1. Cookies uses cookies to make interactions with the Company’s Website easy and meaningful. When you visit the Company’s Website, the Company’s servers send a cookie to your computer. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you; they merely recognize your Web browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to, either by responding to a promotional offer, clicking a link on an email, or filling out a Web form (such as a “Contact Me” Web form), you remain anonymous to the Company.

If you disable your Web browser’s ability to accept cookies, you will be able to navigate the Company’s Website, but you may not be able to successfully use its Services.

Targeting or Advertising cookies. Unify Consulting may engage third parties to track and analyze usage and volume statistical information from individuals who visit the Company’s Website. Unify Consulting sometimes uses cookies delivered by third parties to track the performance of Company advertisements. For example, these cookies remember which browsers have visited the Company’s Website. The information provided to third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re—associated with personal information after the Company receives it.

Unify Consulting also contracts with third-party advertising networks that collect IP addresses and other information from Web beacons (see below) on the Company’s Website, from emails, and on third—party Websites. Ad networks follow your online activities over time and across different sites or other online services by collecting Web Site Navigational Information through automated means, including through the use of cookies. These technologies may recognize you across the different devices you use. Third parties use this information to provide advertisements about products and services tailored to your interests. You may see these advertisements on other websites or mobile applications on any of your devices. This process also helps us manage and track the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Third parties, with whom the Company partners to provide certain features on our Website or to display advertising based upon your Web browsing activity, use Flash cookies to collect and store information.

  1. Web Beacons

Unify Consulting uses Web beacons alone or in conjunction with cookies to compile information about Customers and Visitors’ usage of the Company’s Website and interaction with emails from the Company. Web beacons are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular Web site tied to the Web beacon, and a description of a Web site tied to the Web beacon. For example, Unify Consulting may place Web beacons in marketing emails that notify the Company when you click on a link in the email that directs you to one of the Company’s Web pages. Unify Consulting uses Web beacons to operate and improve the Company’s Website and email communications.

  1. IP Addresses

When you visit Unify Consulting’s Web site, the Company collects your Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information. For example, Unify Consulting uses IP addresses to monitor the regions from which Customers and Visitors navigate the Company’s Website.

  1. Social Media Features

The Company’s Website may use social media features, such as the Facebook ‘like’ button (“Social Media Features”). These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting on the Company’s Website, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. You may be given the option by such Social Media Features to post information about your activities on the Company’s Web site to a profile page of yours that is provided by a third party Social Media network in order to share with others within your network. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Company’s Web site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the relevant Social Media Features.

How we use information we collect

The Company uses Data about Unify Consulting Customers to perform the services requested. For example, if you fill out a “Contact Me” Web form, the Company will use the information provided to contact you about your interest in our Services.

The Company also uses Data about Unify Consulting Customers to plan and host corporate events, host online forums and social networks in which customers may participate, and to populate online (and relevant) content on the Company’s website.

The Company may also use Data about Unify Consulting Customers for marketing purposes. For example, the Company may use information you provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in our Services and to send you information regarding the Company, its affiliates, and its partners, such as information about promotions or events, unless you opt out of receiving such communications.

The Company may share Data about Unify Consulting Customers with other companies in order to work with them. For example, the Company may need to share Data about Unify Consulting Customers for customer relationship management purposes.

From time to time, Unify Consulting may partner with other companies to jointly offer products or services. If you purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly–offered product or service from or through Unify Consulting, the Company may share Data about Unify Consulting Customers collected in connection with your purchase or expression of interest with our partner(s). Unify Consulting does not control our business partners’ use of the Data about Unify Consulting Customers we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies. If you do not wish for your information to be shared in this manner, you may opt not to purchase or specifically express interest in a jointly offered product or service.

Unify Consulting does not share Data about Unify Consulting Attendees with business partners unless: (1) you specifically opt in to such sharing via an event registration form; or (2) you attend a Company event and allow Unify Consulting or any of its designees to scan your attendee badge. If you choose to share your information with business partners in the manners described above, your information will be subject to the business partners’ respective privacy statements.

The Choices We Offer with Regard to Information

You can always choose not to provide information, even though it might be needed to make a purchase or to take advantage of the Company’s content or features of the website.

If you do not wish for your information to be shared with the Company’s business partners, you may choose not to opt in via event registration forms and elect not to have your badge scanned at Company events.

You may also set your browser to block all cookies, including cookies associated with our services, or to indicate when a cookie is being set by us. However, it’s important to remember that many of our services may not function properly if your cookies are disabled.
