We’re delighted to introduce the newest leaders at our firm.

Rae Lutters 

Vice President, Aerospace and Sustainability 

We’re excited to welcome Rae Lutters as Vice President, Aerospace and Sustainability at Unify Consulting, where she will help organizations advance sustainability, digital transformation, and innovation. She joins us from Boeing, where she served as ecoDemonstrator program manager and chief engineer, leading strategy, customer engagement, and technology execution. Rae brings additional experience from Cirrus Aircraft and Basin Electric, along with a strong academic background in both aerospace & aviation sustainability, mechanical engineering and applied sustainability. She also holds a private pilot rating. 

 

 

Elisa Horn 

General Manager 

Elisa Horn is a dynamic leader with deep expertise in data, analytics, and AI-driven transformation, with a strong track record of delivering impact for enterprise clients. She has led high-impact initiatives supporting Amazon, most recently advancing the LEO mission to enable fast, reliable global connectivity. As General Manager of Growth Accounts, Elisa will strengthen the organization with her experience in scaling Data & AI practices and propelling data-driven innovation. 

 

 

PJ Williamson 

Senior Account Director 

PJ Williamson is a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving business transformation, strengthening client partnerships, and building high-performing teams across multiple industries. He brings deep expertise in strategic planning and organizational development, enabling him to translate vision into impactful results. As Senior Account Director, PJ will inspire collaboration, elevate performance, and contribute to the company’s continued innovation and growth. 

 

 

Hunter Brooks 

Director of Business Development 

Hunter Brooks brings 20+ years of experience across entrepreneurship, business development, and strategic advisory, with a proven track record of driving growth, building partnerships, and scaling brands. From co-founding and leading ventures in hospitality and technology to managing major client accounts earlier in his career, he combines strategic insight with hands-on execution. We’re excited to welcome Hunter to Unify as Director of Business Development and look forward to the impact he’ll make in accelerating our growth and partnerships. 

 

Sarah Hunsucker 

Managing Director, Real Estate & Workforce Strategy 

Unify is excited to welcome Sarah Hunsucker as our Leader of Real Estate & Workplace Strategy. Sarah brings nearly 20 years of experience in real estate operations, most recently serving in senior leadership roles at CBRE, where she supported Fortune 5 enterprise clients with end-to-end real estate solutions as well as data and technology strategies. She has advised many of the world’s leading technology, healthcare and real estate investment companies on core strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial operations, and has led successful large-scale technology and AI transformations.

Carl Jonson 

Managing Director, AI, Data & Technical Consulting  

Welcome to Unify, Carl Jonson. He will be joining us as our Managing Director for AI, Data & Technical Consulting. With a track record of leading enterprise AI initiatives, scaling GenAI platforms, and delivering real impact across complex organizations. He translates ambitious ideas into production-ready systems that drive measurable value. From professional athletics to AI leadership, Carl brings a unique edge, with discipline, resilience, and a competitive mindset.
