Client Objective 

Traversing steep terrain. A leader in AI technology needed help managing the delivery of key equipment, such as generators and cooling units, for building data centers. They needed a partner who could help them quickly adjust their processes and meet launch deadlines.

Gliding around obstacles. Unify streamlined the company’s data center supply chain by owning and managing 20,000+ delivery dates across 200+ sites. The Unifiers ran over 800 “What-If” analyses to simulate disruptions and re-route commodities in real time. The Unify team built dashboards, automated reporting, and introduced decision trees to escalate risks before they impacted timelines. Every two weeks, they rebuilt the forecast model to match shifting priorities, keeping stakeholder aligned and construction on track like fresh packed snow.
