New Board signals new era at Unify

It’s a new day for Unify as we invest in a bright future as the AI management consulting firm of choice. To ensure that Unify continues to lead in AI, Darren Alger, founder of Unify, has created a Board of Directors that he will chair.   

We are proud to announce that Sean Thompson and David Goldberg are joining the Board and will bring their unique viewpoints and experience to help Unify focus on driving growth and client outcomes.

Sean Thompson is a software veteran who started his career at Deloitte. He has been a leader in scaling software and business through his work at tech giants like Microsoft, SAP, and NAVEX. He also co-founded an AI pioneering company at Nuiku, which was one of the most innovative NLP companies of its time. Sean will also join Unify as Vice Chairman. “It has never been a better time to be in services helping customers build the AI future and Unify is uniquely positioned to lead the market.”  

David Goldberg is an investor with over two decades of private equity experience supporting growth-oriented businesses in the healthcare, technology-enabled services, and manufacturing industries.  He is the founder and Managing Partner of Ripple Trail Investors, focused on investing in founder-owned companies. Prior to Ripple Trail, he spent 14 years at Endeavour Capital, investing in PK Global and Point B. He will serve as a trusted board member and strategic partner to help accelerate the growth of Unify. 

With Joey Delovino as the CEO of Unify, Darren will lead the Board and focus on the strategic mission of the company. Together, the board will meet monthly to help the leadership team grow with both Unifiers and customers in mind. Asking questions, providing additional industry and market perspectives, challenging the status quo, and ensuring value creation.  

With data, AI, and automation reaching a fever pitch in the market—and with the experience of the Board—Unify is poised to grow with intentional focus.
