A mix of melting misinformation. We had been serving up a lot of existing documentation. But employees were often unsure of where to find the content. Plus, information often shifted quickly. Operating model, commonly used language, handbooks, and policies – new changes were burdensome and left employees feeling left out of the information sharing.
Bespoke Solution
At employees’ fingertips. Unify built a generative AI capability called ChatSME that enabled internal users to chat with an AI agent to answer their questions. The team pulled information from Unify’s SharePoint and material was categorized. They paired the vectorized database with a Large Language Model and engineered customer prompts that answered questions. Now content was easily searchable, retrievable, and easily digestible.
Proven Impact
Top it off with time-savings. Unify employees can now get answers more easily to their questions about the operating model changes and other policies. The specialized agent used data, privately and securely without data leaving the workspace and firewall. But the real cherry on top? The new solution reduced unnecessary internal meetings and that’s an efficiency delight for everyone.
